Jugmeet believes accounting should go beyond compliance. For her, it’s about understanding the people behind the numbers, building trusted relationships and helping clients make confident decisions.
 
Her journey with Ask The Boss began in 2021 as a bookkeeping apprentice. Since then, she has worked her way from bookkeeping into preparing accounts, corporation tax, P11Ds, Self Assessment tax returns, R&D tax credits and providing wider advisory support. Alongside her role, she completed her ACCA qualification and has continued to develop her knowledge across different areas of accounting and tax.
 
Jugmeet particularly enjoys working with growing businesses and getting to know the people and ideas behind them. She takes a friendly, practical and hands-on approach, making sure clients feel comfortable asking questions. She believes in regular communication and enjoys checking in with clients to understand what’s happening in their business, not just what’s on the balance sheet.
 
She also enjoys keeping up with changing rules and regulations and translating the technical detail into clear, practical advice. Whether it’s helping a client navigate a tax question, identify an opportunity or plan ahead, Jugmeet aims to make things simpler and give clients the confidence to make informed decisions.
 
Proud of how far she has come since joining Ask The Boss, Jugmeet now enjoys sharing her knowledge with colleagues and being a go-to person within the team. Approachable, curious and enthusiastic, she brings a personal touch to her work and always aims to be someone her clients can rely on.
