Jing joined Ask The Boss in 2013 and became an employee owner in 2025. Today, she works closely with start-ups and growing businesses across technology, professional services, e-commerce and beauty. Working with start-ups is something Jing particularly enjoys. She loves getting to know the people and ideas behind a business and being there as it develops. Her support ranges from R&D tax relief and SEIS and EIS when founders are raising investment, to EMI share schemes that help them reward key people, build a stronger sense of ownership and give employees the chance to share in the success they are helping to create.

Jing’s approach is friendly, practical and hands-on. She takes the time to understand what matters to her clients and what they are trying to achieve. Clients can feel comfortable asking questions, talking ideas through and picking up the phone when they need support. She keeps things clear, explains the numbers in plain English and brings a personal touch to the relationship.

Looking beyond the day-to-day numbers, Jing supports clients across finance, tax, budgeting and forecasting. Her aim is to be a forward-looking partner, helping founders plan ahead, navigate challenges and scale with confidence. By understanding what is driving their results and spotting issues early, she helps them make confident decisions, seize new opportunities and keep moving the business forward
