Experience

Heather has worked in Canada, the US and the UK in Finance, Operations and IT.

After getting her degree in Philosophy from McGill University in Montreal,

she started her career as a Financial Analyst for the world’s largest affinity marketer.

 

Since 2003 she has worked as the external finance director of dozens of companies in various industries, from skincare wholesalers to commercial real estate to ground breaking technology companies. And after decades transitioning from only finance to a mix of finance and accounting and tax, she finally earned an official accounting qualification in 2018 at the age of 47!
